We will be cleaning up glass and trash on top of the Rims starting near west end of the overlook parking area and working our way east. Volunteers will need to navigate uneven and steep terrain. Parks Dept. will have all supplies: Leather gloves, buckets, pickers, vests, garbage bins. Please, make sure that you wear protective sun clothing, sunscreen, a hat, and closed toed shoes and bring enough water for a 4 hour period of time in the heat. Volunteers should wear sturdy footwear. Volunteers wearing sandals will not be allowed to participate. Due to the inherent risk of working on the rims, volunteer slots are limited. Online pre-registration is required.
